Why we started mycore?
We started Mycoregums to rethink what protein snacks should be.
Too many products are artificial, hard to digest, and uninspiring. Meanwhile, mushrooms are misunderstood and underused.
We saw the gap.
So we built something different: a protein snack that combines performance, taste, and real ingredients — while changing the way people think about mushrooms.

I’m the one on the team bringing Austrian sayings and mountain-sized ideas.
Finishing two marathons taught me that fueling your core is important… but so is enjoying the taste. With a serious sweet tooth, I wanted to create something I’d genuinely love myself: functional nutrition that goes the distance and still tastes like a treat.

I’m originally from Finland, where I developed an appreciation for natural, simple ingredients – but I’ve always had a soft spot for something sweet.
As an international business student with an active lifestyle, I became interested in creating snacks that support performance without sacrificing taste.

Raised between the energy of Brazil and the world of agriculture, I’ve always been fascinated by how food can be both functional and exciting.
That curiosity led me to the production side of Mycore, where I help transform innovative mycoprotein into a new generation of protein sweets — made for movement, performance, and people who still love a good treat.
